Glentoran midfielders Jimmy Callacher and Aidan O'Kane are out of Thursday's Europa League qualifier first leg against Renova in Macedonia.
Callacher broke a toe in a weekend friendly with Bangor and will be sidelined for a month.
New signing O'Kane will have to wait for his Glens debut as his wife is due to give birth to their second child.
Ciaran Martyn and David Howland are absent because of long-term injuries and Stephen Carson is on holiday.
Glens manager Scott Young says his side will be cautious in the away leg.
"If we went there and lined up as we usually do, we would be asking for trouble," said Young.
"We must take account of the opposition we are facing and give it our best shot.
"We are playing at the national stadium so it should be a good arena and a big pitch.
"I don't know a lot about their team but I've heard a bit about the tactics they may deploy and some of their key players.
"We've had to charter a flight and we're without five key players but we'll give it a go," added the Glens boss.
