Bristol City manager Keith Millen says he is hoping to keep hold of goalkeeper Stephen Henderson.
The 23-year-old's contract runs out this summer and the ex-Republic of Ireland U21 international has attracted attention from two unnamed clubs.
"Stephen knows we want him to stay and he has an offer from us," Millen told the club website.
"He's looking at his options as there's other clubs who are interested who can offer him first-team football."
Henderson has only played five games for City since his arrival in 2007, having spent much of his tenure on loan at Weymouth, Aldershot and Yeovil Town.
If he was to move on, Bristol City would be due compensation as he is under the age of 24.
Millen has already signed up Dave Gerken on a new two-year deal and first-choice keeper David James has expressed a desire to stay at Ashton Gate next season.
