Nottingham Forest boss Steve McClaren wants experience

Nottingham Forest manager Steve McClaren is eager to sign experienced players to help his young squad.
Forest have missed out on promotion in the play-offs in the past two seasons and McClaren told BBC Radio Nottingham that top-flight experience is crucial.
"I want role models because the squad is relatively young," McClaren said.
"We want to set Premier League standards from the beginning and, in terms of players we bring in, ideally we would like to have that experience."
