Scunthorpe United have signed Accrington Stanley midfielder Jimmy Ryan and Gillingham winger Andy Barcham on two-year deals.
The fee for the out-of-contract Ryan, 22, will be decided at a tribunal because he is under 24.
Ryan scored 10 goals in 52 appearances last season for Accrington, who lost in the League Two play-off semi-finals.
Barcham, 24, scored 19 goals in 102 league games for Gillingham after joining from Spurs in 2008.
Ryan was part of the Liverpool youth team that won the FA Youth Cup in 2006 and 2007.
Iron boss Alan Knill told the club website: "Jimmy is a really good footballer and is technically strong."
