Stevenage cleared to sign striker Guy Madjo

Madjo has been training with Boro, waiting for the deal to be finalised

Stevenage have been given international clearance to complete the signing of striker Guy Madjo.

The 27-year-old agreed a move to Boro last month after leaving Albanian club KS Bylis Ballsh.

But due to a delay in transferring the Cameroonian's registration, the move was held up and he has been unable to compete in Boro's pre-season matches.

Madjo, who last played in England three years ago, could feature in Saturday's friendly against an Arsenal XI.
