Chelsea youngster Josh McEachran, 18, has signed a new five-year deal with the Premier League club.
McEachran is regarded as one of the best prospects to emerge from the club's youth academy in recent years.
Fellow England Under-21 international Ryan Bertrand, 22, has agreed a new four-year deal with Chelsea.
"It is what I wished for when I was a kid and hopefully I will spend my career at Chelsea," McEachran told the club's website.
"This season my target is just to play more minutes. Hopefully I will play more games and keep improving."
McEachran, who plays on the left of midfield or in central midfield, has made 17 first team appearances for the club, including four starts.
The England Under-21 international was part of Chelsea's FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2010 and the England Under-17 side that won the 2010 European Championship.
He graduated to the England Under-19 side at the start of the 2010/11 campaign before gaining selection for the Under-21 squad for last November's friendly against Germany.
Bertrand joined Chelsea from Gillingham in July 2005 and had loan spells at Championship sides Norwich, Reading and Nottingham Forest.
The 22-year-old returned to the club earlier this year and made his debut as a substitute against Birmingham in April.
