Glentoran's young players can carry their heads high despite losing 3-0 in the second leg of their Europa League second qualifying round tie against Vorksla Poltava in Ukraine.

The Glens lost 5-0 on aggregate.

Vorksla exerted pressure throughout the first half and missed several chances before Ahmed Januzi scored the opening goal in the 33rd minute.

Oleksiy Kurilov made it 2-0 three minutes later and Januzi headed in his second of the game on 73 minutes.

The East Belfast side were without a number of key players and manager Scott Young's side had a very youthful look.

Goalkeeper Elliott Morris made a number of fine saves during a match played in temperatures beyond 30 degrees.
