New Colchester United midfielder Karl Duguid says he will not dwell on his past achievements, as he begins his second spell at the League One club.
Duguid, 33, made 442 appearances in his first stint with the U's, and helped guide them to the Championship.
He told BBC Essex: "All that is history, there's no point going on about history. We want to create some history now, that's what I'm here for."
He added: "I'm still very enthusiastic about what I want to do in the game. I want to achieve things still.
"I want to be part of something that's good at the club again, and hopefully that can happen rather than talking about what was."
