Bristol Rovers' Carling Cup tie with Watford postponed

The Carling Cup first-round tie between Bristol Rovers and Watford has been postponed at the request of the police.
The League Two side were due to host their Championship opposition on Wednesday but the ongoing public disorder led to the postponement.
was one of four ties cancelled on Tuesday after rioters on Monday night.
The game will now be played at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, 23 August.
Rovers' director of finance Toni Watola told the Pirates' official website: "Following a request from Avon and Somerset police, the club have regretfully made the decision to cancel tonight's game.
"We are disappointed that the decision has been left so late, but given the level of public disorder across the country, we feel we have to comply with the police's wishes."
