Goals from Ed Upson, Andy Williams and Paul Wotton gave Yeovil their first win of the season as they beat Oldham.
Upson put the Glovers ahead when he fired home the rebound after Gavin Williams' free-kick had been blocked.
Andy Williams made it 2-0 with a low shot after Gavin Williams' run before Wotton's penalty, following a foul on Kieran Agard, extended their advantage.
Oldham grabbed a late consolation as Reuben Reid converted from the spot after Luke Ayling fouled Josh Parker.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton told BBC Somerset:
"The key to us as a management team and us as a football club is that we can't go from one extreme to the other.
"After the defeat by Brentford there was a lot of negativity flying around - people questioning formations
"I'm trying to do something a bit different. We believe in it but I need the supporters too as well and we gave it to them in the second half."
Oldham manager Paul Dickov told BBC Radio Manchester:
"The players have been talking all week how they are going to put right second-half performances, but talk's cheap and I thought there was a lack of desire.
"One thing I'm not going to do is panic but it's not acceptable coming here and losing 3-1.
"The players know they've let themselves and fans down and between us we've got to pick them up."
