Substitute Kevin Ellison grabbed an injury-time winner for Morecambe at Cheltenham Town.
Nick Fenton had given the visitors a second-half lead when he headed home Izak Reid's cross.
Russ Penn fed Jeff Goulding who turned neatly and fired a fine shot past Shrimps goalkeeper Barry Roche to level the scores.
With time running out Ellison broke through the Robins defence and planted a tidy finish into the bottom corner.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Cheltenham Town manager Mark Yates told BBC Gloucestershire:
"We had enough chances to win three games, let alone one.
"We conceded a couple of bad goals, the first one was poor and we should have cleared it.
"And if that's not a foul then I might as well pack the game in. It was a blatant foul."
