Jeff Hughes' injury-time penalty helped Notts County beat nine-man Tranmere.
John Welsh's strike opened the scoring for Tranmere, before the hosts hit back through Justin Kelly's volley.
The Magpies went ahead when Alan Sheehan's free-kick was glanced home by Krystian Pearce, before Joss Labadie's deflected set-piece put Rovers level.
Tranmere's David Raven was sent off for handball, before Hughes struck the winning penalty after David Buchanan saw red for handling on the goal-line.

Notts County manager Martin Allen told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"That was the best performance since I've come here as manager. The way we passed the ball, moved the ball and played - especially after Saturday where we were pretty pants.
"To come out and play like that, I thought the players were absolutely tremendous.
"And we got really what we deserved - a win, three points - great for the supporters."
Tranmere manager Les Parry told BBC Radio Merseyside:
"It's an intimidating place to come and they play in an intimidating way and we matched them.
"The end of the game is a little bit galling and I've just said to the lads that I'm made up they're gutted as it does show we've come a long way.
"We'll pick them up and we'll be ready for Saturday because that's another massive game for us."
