Joey Barton has returned to first-team training with his club Newcastle.
The 28-year-old, who said he had been made to train alone last week, practised with the senior players on Monday.
The Magpies made the midfielder available as a free transfer last week despite the player still having a year left on his contract.
Relations between Barton and the club have been strained after contract negotiations broke down in the summer.
Last week, his agent, Willie McKay, said he had been "inundated" with interest from Premier League and top European clubs keen to sign Barton.
He also said he was surprised by the decision to transfer list Barton.
The agent told BBC Radio 5 live: "I've got nothing against [Newcastle owner] Mike Ashley and [managing director] Derek Llambias and the guys that run the club. They can do what they want but I think it's suicide what they've done.
"I've probably got the easiest job of any agent in the transfer window."
