Plymouth Argyle boss Reid keen to attract new strikers

Plymouth Argyle manager Peter Reid says he is hopeful of attracting new strikers to the club.
Argyle's 1-0 Carling Cup loss to Millwall saw teenagers Tom Hitchcock and Jared Sims lead the line.
And while Reid has signed Northern Ireland international Warren Feeney, he is hoping to add more.
"We need a bit more strength up there, that's a fact, but the lads who are out there are trying their best," Reid told BBC Radio Devon.
"I think it's been well documented that I've tried to get two or three strikers in and haven't been able to.
"At this moment in time there's nothing imminent but I'm working all the time on it."
Reid has seen a move for former Rochdale striker Anthony Elding fall though, while Liam Dickinson left the club after a week and Tresor Kandol failed to show up at the club for talks.
"We didn't have a real cutting edge, which I'm not really blaming anybody because I've tried to bring in reinforcements in that position and haven't been able to," Reid added.
"But the lads who were out there did a really good job for us."
Reid singled out 16-year-old debutant Matt Lecointe for praise after he came on as a substitute to make his professional debut.
"He certainly gave a really good account of himself and set his chance up really well," Reid continued.
"He looked a really strong player for such a young lad."
