Stevenage defender Darius Charles has agreed a new contract that will keep him at Broadhall Way until summer 2013.
The 23-year-old signed from Ebbsfleet on a two-year deal in May 2010 and went on to make 35 appearances last season.
Despite being signed initially as a defender, the England C international has also been used as an attacker by Boro manager Graham Westley.
Charles started his career as a trainee at Brentford, before spells at Crawley Town and Ebbsfleet.
