Colchester United striker Kayode Odejayi has praised his side's free-scoring start to the season.
The U's hit four on the opening day of the League One season at Preston and scored three more in the midweek Carling Cup exit at Wycombe.
The 29-year-old forward told BBC Essex: "You couldn't really ask for a better start. A few of the boys are in amongst the goals.
"We've scored seven goals and we're playing some good stuff."
Odejayi, who netted just four times last season, has scored in both of Colchester's games this campaign.
His tally has been bettered by Ian Henderson, who grabbed a brace on the opening day and scored again in midweek.
