Debutant Elliott Bachanan headed Ismail Yakubu's ball home from close range to give the visitors an early lead.
Marna converted Marcus Kelly's corner to equalise before Adam Cunnington gave Kettering the lead, firing home after Moses Ashikodi's shot had hit the bar.
Danny Rose levelled but Marna won it after Scott Rogers fouled Aman Verma.
