Morocco's Kharja joins Fiorentina

Morocco's Houssine Kharja has signed for Fiorentina after playing on loan at Italian rivals Inter Milan last season

Moroccan international Houssine Kharja has joined Italian side Fiorentina from Genoa on a two-year deal.

Fiorentina have an option to sign the central midfielder for a third year.

Although he will play for Fiorentina next season, Genoa still own half of his playing licence.

The 28-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter Milan, where he scored one goal in 19 appearances.
