Oxford Utd 1-1 Aldershot
Luke Guttridge's second-half goal secured 10-man Aldershot a draw against Oxford United.
Anthony Straker was sent off in the 11th minute for bringing down Lewis Guy when he was through on goal.
Oxford went ahead when Shots keeper Jamie Young punched a clearance to James Constable who looped a left-foot volley back over his head.
But Guttridge drilled a long-range shot into the bottom right corner to grab the Shots a share of the points.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Oxford manager Chris Wilder told BBC Oxford:
"We got the goal, but after that we tried to cruise over the finishing line.
"We didn't work hard enough to get the ball back and when we got it we didn't work hard enough to get forward quick enough.
"It wouldn't have shocked me if they'd have gone and won the game because they were better than us in all departments in the second half."
Aldershot Town boss Dean Holdsworth tells BBC Surrey:
"To come to Oxford and go down to 10 men after a midweek game at West Ham, our team spirit was key.
"We had to regroup after the sending-off and I thought we counter-attacked well and created numerous chances.
"The fitness and commitment in this side is key and so valuable".
