Stranraer recorded their first win of the season and moved off the bottom of the Scottish Third Division thanks to a win over Berwick.
The home side opened on the hour, Christopher Aitken shooting right-footed from the edge of the area.
Four minutes later Craig Malcolm doubled the score with a strike from 20 yards into the top-right-corner.
Berwick replied after Fraser McLaren met Andrew McLaren's pass to hit a 35-yard-stunner in the 76th minute.
