Peterhead earned their first win of the season with a victory at East Stirling which pushes the Falkirk club to the bottom of the Scottish Third Division.

Bryan Deasley opened after 37 minutes, finishing from close range to grab his second league goal of the season.

Shire's Stuart Beveridge fouled James Redman in the 67th minute leaving Rory McAllister to slot home the penalty.

The home side almost pulled one back when David Cane's header came back off the crossbar on 90 minutes.
