Ipswich Town need to recruit 'passion', says Paul Jewell

Ipswich boss Paul Jewell has said he will bolster his squad with players who possess determination and passion.
Jewell watched his side's 7-1 capitulation to Championshiop new boys Peterborough on Saturday, a result that left him "ashamed and embarrassed".
He told BBC Radio Suffolk: "I know I need some defenders and more in the group who have guts.
"People who have got a bit of determination and passion like the supporters have got."
Town have now conceded 12 goals in their last two outings, having gone down 5-2 to Southampton in midweek.
And despite bringing in eight new faces over the summer, Jewell has repeatedly voiced his desire to add more names, which .
"We've got to get people in who will do as we want," he said.
"I'll be on the phone trying to get players to change their minds and managers to give us players we want.
"I spoke to Jimmy Bullard's agent Saturday. We've got ongoing talks with Jimmy - there's a few clubs in for him, but that's the kind of character we want here.
"My only concern is I don't get too desperate and get the wrong people in.
"I'm lower than I've probably been for a long, long time."
