AFC Telford 1-2 Lincoln City

Blue Square Bet Premier

Two late goals from Lincoln City substitute Kyle Perry ruined the night for Telford in their first home game back in the Conference top flight.

Perry had been on the pitch a minute when he broke the deadlock with a fine low shot into the corner from 12 yards.

He then struck again 10 minutes later with a close-range header.

Substitute Greg Mills cut in from the flank to pull one back late on, but that could not prevent Lincoln's first win in the Blue Square Bet Premier.

The Imps' victory ended a 14-game winless streak.

But they had goalkeeper Joe Anyon to thank for pulling off several fine saves to deny Andy Brown, Richard Davies and Phil Trainer.
