Swindon Town have agreed a loan deal for Arsenal defender Daniel Boateng.
The 18-year-old reserve team captain signed a three-year professional contract with the Premier League side at the start of the current campaign.
"We are very lucky that Arsenal have given us permission to have one of their young lads," Swindon chairman Jeremy Wray told BBC Wiltshire.
"They recognised this is a place where he will come into a side and continue his progression."
The deal is set to be completed next week.
