Reece Styche netted his fourth goal of the season to secure a point for Forest Green against Ebbsfleet.
The home side took a first half lead when Joe Howe crossed for Ricky Shakes to head in from six yards.
Shakes almost added a second with an effort from 25 yards as the newly promoted side pressed for a second.
The visitors grabbed the equaliser late on when Keiron Forbes found Styche, whose strike denied Rovers their first win of the season.
