Partick Thistle claimed their first league win of the season as Queen of the South lost at Firhill.

Thistle took the lead after 20 minutes when Kris Doolan ran onto Christie Elliot's pass and lashed home.

Queens levelled just after the hour when Mark Campbell headed home Chris Higgins' right-wing cross.

Doolan returned the favour for the hosts' winner, sending over a cross for Elliot to rifle into the net five minutes from the end.
