Annan Athletic maintained their 100% league record to stay top of the Third Division as Clyde lost at Galabank.
Graeme Bell struck the frame of the Clyde goal with a 20-yard effort in the 17th minute.
Steven Sloan headed the hosts ahead just before the half-hour mark after being found by Michael McGowan's cross.
Clyde pushed for parity after the break but Annan goalkeeper Craig Summersgill maintained his side's lead with a fine save to deny Mark Archdeacon.
