Oxford defender Duberry aims to maintain high standards

Oxford United defender Michael Duberry says he is focused on keeping his standards high following his strong start to the season.
Duberry, 35, has made an immediate impact at his new club since arriving from SPL club St Johnstone in June.
He told BBC Oxford: "It's brilliant to hear rave reviews and people liking you and loving your performances.
"I'm making sure I keep my standards high so people say at the end of the campaign what a great season I've had."
