Hibs send duo on loan to Brechin

Hibernian have sent youngsters David Crawford and Scott Smith on loan to Brechin City.

The teenage duo featured in Brechin's Second Division win over Albion Rovers on Saturday and will remain at Glebe Park until January.

Both players have made their first-team debuts for Hibs this season, Crawford versus Celtic and Smith against Berwick Rangers in the League Cup.

Crawford is a winger while Smith will boost Brechin's left-back options.
