Preston have signed Jamaica winger Keammar Daley from Tivoli Gardens, subject to receiving a visa.
The 23-year-old has agreed a two-year deal with North End after the clubs agreed an undisclosed deal.
The League One club hope that Daley will receive the paperwork in time to play in mid-September.
