Carrick Rangers and Lisburn Distillery played out a goalless draw in a match which saw the best chances fall to the Whites in the first half.
Central defender Andy Hunter had a chance and Ryan Deans cleared Gary Liggett's effort off the line.
Jordan Hughes also hit the woodwork and Chris Keenan saved his free-kick.
Paul Heatley had a chance for Carrick, Paul Owens smashed a shot against the bar and Billy Brennan saved Stephen O'Neill's close-range header.
The game fizzled out in the second half, although Distillery's Aaron Callaghan hit the bar late on.
Distillery's Hunter sustained ankle ligament damage in the game and could be ruled out of action for a number of weeks.
