Morton's Allan Moore named manager of month

Morton's Allan Moore has been named manager of the month for August in Division One.
He received his Irn Bru Phenomenal award after the Greenock side finished the month unbeaten in four league games.
Morton also hammered Forfar Athletic 5-0 at Station Park to move into the quarter-finals of the Ramsdens Cup.
Their one reverse came in the Scottish Communities League Cup, beaten 4-3 by Premier League outfit St Mirren.
Morton ended the month second in the Division One table, behind favourites Hamilton Accies on goal difference.
They drew away to Ross County and Raith Rovers and also recorded victories over two teams who were also tipped to be promotion contenders - Livingston and Dundee.
