Plymouth Argyle Ladies lost their first FA Women's Premier League Southern Division match as they went down 3-0 at Brighton and Hove Albion.

The Pilgrims fell behind to Kim Stenning's 12th-minute goal before Laura Perrett's long-range effort nearly made it 1-1.

But Argyle conceded a second when Amy Fround hit the net just after the half-time break.

Fround got a third soon after to seal the win for Albion.
