An early burst of goals set Morton on their way to victory against Ayr United to go top of the First Division.
Peter MacDonald's 25-yard free kick put the hosts ahead on 10 minutes and Andy Jackson quickly doubled the lead with a right-foot strike.
MacDonald slid home Jackson's pass to give Morton a 3-0 lead on 13 minutes.
