Stranraer made it 10 goals in two games thanks to braces from Stuart McColm and Christopher Aitken.
Aitken opened the scoring for the home side with a superb free-kick but Annan levelled when Scott Gibson thrashed home from close range.
McColm netted again but Annan were gifted a penalty when Frank Mckeown handled - Aaron Muirhead converting.
McColm's powered home a brilliant 20-yard effort and Aitken stroked in a penalty for his fifth of the season.
