Leyton Orient's poor run continued as Oldham came from behind to claim a win.
Bottom-placed Orient went ahead when George Porter, who was making his first start for the club, slid the ball past Alex Cisak after David Mooney's pass.
The Latics levelled through Shefki Kuqi's finish from the edge of the area following Robbie Simpson's flick-on.
Reuben Reid headed Oldham in front, converting a cross from Kuqi, before a backheel from Kuqi set up substitute Matt Smith, who shot low into the net.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Oldham Athletic manager Paul Dickov told BBC Radio Manchester:
"We knew it was going to be tough today but I thought from start to finish from goalkeeper to centre forward the performances were excellent.
"The one thing I've got here is a fantastic team and fantastic team spirit, the togetherness amongst the lads I can't quite explain it.
"He (Shefki Kuqi) was fantastic and the boys absolutely love him, we love him, the fans love him and he'll score goals at this level."
