AFC Wimbledon 4-1 Cheltenham

AFC Wimbledon claimed their biggest ever win in the Football League as they cruised to victory over Cheltenham.

Ricky Wellard headed in Sammy Hatton's cross to put the Dons ahead before Cheltenham's Steve Elliott turned Lee Minshull's cross into his own net.

Jack Midson grabbed his sixth goal of the season when he fired home following good work from Rashid Yussuff, who made it 4-0 with a close-range finish.

The Robins grabbed a late consolation through Darryl Duffy's six-yard header.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Cheltenham Town Manager Mark Yates told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:

"We conceded two poor goals and then had to chase it, but made too many bad decisions.

"I thought Josh Low was outstanding, and apart from that there were maybe two more, but that's not going to win games.

"They passed the ball and made the pitch big, and credit to them they deserved the win."
