Tranmere defender David Raven believes home advantage can help Rovers make an immediate recovery from defeat at Huddersfield on Saturday.
Tranmere face home games against Carlisle and Wycombe this week, and Raven believes the Rovers supporters can make a huge difference.
Raven told BBC Radio Merseyside: said: "The fans are a massive factor, it's like another man on the pitch.
"Huddersfield has gone now, we must take the positives and move on."
Raven continued: "I think we look solid and the lads are all working for each other.
"To go to Huddersfield and be disappointed not to go away with a point is a good sign."
The weekend defeat leaves Tranmere in tenth place in League One, but Raven believes the Prenton Park supporters can spark a big improvement in their fortunes this week.
"If we get six points from Tuesday and Saturday it'll be massive," Raven said.
"We've just got to stay positive and by Saturday we could be sitting pretty."
