Burton boss Peschisolido thrilled with Justin Richards

Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido says he has been thrilled with how new signing Justin Richards has settled.
Richards has scored seven goals in nine games for the Brewers this season, including a double in the 2-2 draw with Oxford United on Saturday.
Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby: "He is not only scoring but his overall play has been equally good.
"His hold-up play is good, he brings others into the game, runs the channels well and defends from the front."
Peschisolido added: "He's formed an excellent partnership with Calvin Zola and that's why I've bought him here. I've been delighted with his overall contribution."
