Mansfield 0-3 Kidderminster

Three first-half goals helped Kidderminster ease to victory over 10-man Mansfield.

Kyle Storer put the visitors ahead with a powerful header from Lee Vaughan's cross and Nick Wright made it 2-0 with a neat finish from close range.

Vaughan added a third from the penalty spot after Lindon Meikle brought down Mike Williams in the area.

Mansfield's Louis Briscoe was shown a straight red card for a poor challenge on Vaughan in the second half.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Mansfield Town manager Paul Cox told BBC Radio Nottingham:

"We got beaten by the better side, second best all over the park, it's just a simple equation we didn't turn up today.

"I think the mark of a good side will be what we do in the next three games now because, looking at it, when we were on the (unbeaten) run everyone was saying this and that about us - good things.

"I just warned people about getting too carried away. Today I think has brought us all, me included, back down to earth a little bit."
