Alfreton fought back from being 2-0 down at half-time down to claim a draw.
Liam Enver-Marum put Ebbsfleet ahead when he swivelled in the area and shot low into the bottom corner.
Calum Willock then doubled Fleet's lead just before the break, heading in Lanre Azeez's corner.
But Anton Brown pulled one back with a header from Andy Holdsworth's corner and Nathan Jarman equalised through a crowded penalty area to stretch Ebbsfleet's winless run to five games.
