Ballyclare Comrades host giants Linfield on Tuesday night as the minnows take on the mighty in the first round of the Irn-Bru League Cup.
The 12 Premiership sides face junior opposition, including the Dixon Park encounter between Championship Two leaders Ballyclare and the Blues.
Holders Lisburn Distillery start their defence against Tobermore United while Glentoran welcome Killymoon Rangers.
Premiership pacesetters Portadown play Warrenpoint Town at Shamrock Park.
Ports midfielder Shane McCabe is suspended after his red-card in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Linfield.
Bans also rule out Glentoran's Jamie McGovern and Declan Caddell of Crusaders, who are home to PSNI.
There are 15 games on Tuesday night while Carrick Rangers entertain Sport & Leisure Swifts on Wednesday.
