Diarmuid O'Carroll notched six goals as Glenavon routed Championship Two club Coagh United 10-0 in the second round of the Irn-Bru League Cup.
O'Carroll hit a first-half hat-trick with Andy Graham, Mark Miskimmin and Mark Haughey also on target.
Killarney-born O'Carroll hit further goals on 48, 84 and 86 with Miskimmin adding the 10th goal in injury-time.
Glentoran and Ballymena United recorded 7-0 wins over Killymoon Rangers and Chimney Corner.
Gary Hamilton and Darren Boyce both hit two goals for the Glens against Killymoon with Jim O'Hanlon, Stephen Carson and Richard Gibson also on target.
Gary McCutcheon hit two goals for Ballymena - including a late penalty - while Richard Vauls, Liam Watson, Mark Surgenor and Tony Kane were also on target with Corner's Mark Ryles also scoring a late own goal.
David Rainey hit a hat-trick as Crusaders thumped PSNI 6-1 at Seaview.
Ryan McCann, Matthew Snoddy and Michael Halliday hit further goals to put the Crues 6-0 ahead with Lukasz Adamcyzk replying for PSNI.
Glenavon went into Tuesday's game bottom of the Carling Premiership after failing to earn a win in their opening eight games.
