Plymouth Argyle and Southend face FA charges

Plymouth Argyle and Southend United have been charged by the FA with failing to control their players in their League Two match at Roots Hall.

Southend beat Plymouth 2-0 in a bad-tempered match which saw seven players booked and Argyle skipper Carl Fletcher sent off for violent conduct.

The match was the last one in charge for Argyle boss Peter Reid,

Fletcher was named as Argyle caretaker boss on Monday.
