Van Persie proud to score 100th Gunners goal

Robin van Persie is delighted to become only the 17th Arsenal player to score 100 goals for the club after his two strikes against Bolton earn the Gunners a 3-0 win at the Emirates.

The Dutch forward is hopeful that the win will help restore confidence in the squad after a shaky start to the season and ahead of a big week for the club.

Arsenal face Olympiakos in the Champions League on Wednesday and derby rivals Tottenham on Sunday in the Premier League.
