Ian Holloway questions current style of refereeing

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has questioned referee's guidelines after seeing six of his players booked during Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Portsmouth.
"It was far too officious, if that's how they're being asked to referee then they should seriously question it," Holloway told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"I'm not griping about it. I just think it almost ruined a good game.
"Do we really need to referee like that? I don't think so. I didn't see a bad tackle in the game."
Referee Darren Deadman also booked three Pompey players and Holloway added: "If we need that many bookings in a game I'm ever so sorry."
