Premier League champions Manchester United face a trip to League Two Aldershot in the fourth round of the Carling Cup.

Chelsea travel to Everton in one of five all-Premier League clashes as the two sides face each other in cup competitions for the fourth time in five seasons.

Wolves host Manchester City while Blackburn Rovers face Newcastle United.

Arsenal have a home game with Bolton and Liverpool head to Stoke.

Manchester United have struggled with lower-league opposition in recent seasons, having battled to a 1-0 win over Crawley in last season's FA Cup and being knocked out of the same competition by League One Leeds in 2010.

Their only previous meeting with the Shots, who are managed by former Bolton and Wimbledon striker Dean Holdsworth, was a 3-1 away win in the League Cup in 1971.

The Championship is guaranteed two teams in the fifth round, with Cardiff hosting Burnley and Crystal Palace playing high-flying Southampton.

CARLING CUP FOURTH ROUND DRAW:

Aldershot v Man Utd

Arsenal v Bolton

Blackburn v Newcastle

Cardiff v Burnley

Crystal Palace v Southampton

Everton v Chelsea

Stoke v Liverpool

Wolves v Manchester City

Ties to be played in the week commencing 24 October.
