Alfreton have extended the loan deal of striker James Ellison by another month.
Ellison, 19, joined the Reds from Burton Albion at the end of August and has played seven times, scoring the winner in the 2-1 victory over Barrow.
However, with Alfreton languishing in the bottom four of the Blue Square Bet Premier, manager Nicky Law insists he needs to strengthen his squad further.
"We don't look like we've got three goals in us. You just have to look at the stats, they don't lie," said Law.
