Burnley manager Eddie Howe says he has been very impressed with his new look strike force.
Forwards Jay Rodriguez and Charlie Austin have been paired together this season and scored 14 goals in all competitions already.
Howe told BBC Radio Lancashire: "It's been good but I think they can get even better.
"They haven't played a great deal of football together, the more they do the more they'll understand each other."
Both players scored their seventh goals of the season in Tuesday's 5-1 win against Nottingham Forest.
Howe added: "What pleased me on Tuesday was the fact that Charlie set up Jay's first goal and the reaction between the two.
"They are clearly pleased for each when they score, that's great and if you can forge that partnership and develop it even further I'm sure they'll be a real threat."
