Hayes & Yeading 0-2 Wrexham

Two goals in three second-half minutes at Hayes & Yeading saw Wrexham reclaim the Blue Square Bet Premier top spot.

Nathaniel Knight-Percival struck first, scrambling the ball into the net after Jamie Tolley's corner to the far post.

With the home side still reeling, Mathias Pogba was lurking to double Wrexham's lead when Tom Cadmore made a mess of his back-pass to Steve Arnold.

Wrexham could have extended their lead but Arnold produced good saves to deny Tolley and Adrian Cieslewicz.

Wrexham caretaker manager Andy Morrell told BBC Radio Wales:

"We looked fairly solid even though they got at us down the sides a little bit, we looked like we wouldn't concede.

"Second half I thought we were very good, worthy winners.

"It's a difficult one but I had to leave lads out that would want to be playing and they've come on and had tremendous attitude.

"Pogs [Mathias Pogba] in training the past two days has been fantastic and he comes on and has changed the game for us."
